Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 tbsp bell pepper(s), red, prepared and diced
- 1 tbsp spring onion(s), prepared and sliced into thin rings
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- 1 tbsp cheese, grated
- 1 tsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Whisk the eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt. Heat a pan with the oil. Pour the whisked eggs into the pan and top with cheese, bell peppers, and spring onions. Turn off the heat, cover the pan with a plate, and let it simmer in the residual heat until the eggs are set.
