Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry, ready to bake
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 70 g cheese, grated
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 100 g sheep’s cheese
- 100 g meat sausage
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
with meat sausage and sheep’s cheese
Line a muffin tin with silicone baking cups. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 12 equal pieces. Place one piece into each silicone baking cup, allowing you to fill it and then seal the tops again. Crack the eggs open and season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the onion and mix with the cheese and eggs (the eggs, cheese, and onion make up the main filling; you can vary the ingredients from here on). Cut the feta cheese and sausage into small cubes and mix with the main filling. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the mixture onto the puff pastry and then seal it. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes.
