  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g diced ham
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying

Hearty quark doughnuts with ham and cheese

Whisk together the quark and eggs. Stir in the flour, then add the cheese, ham, salt, and pepper. Heat a pan and add a little oil. Divide the mixture into 6 portions, shape with your hands, and place in the pan. Press down lightly and fry slowly on both sides over medium heat with the lid closed. Quarkkeulchen can be modified to your liking, for example, by replacing the cheese and ham with feta and paprika.
