Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 buckwheat pancakes (galettes) *Recipe in my profile
  • 12 slice(s) ham, thin, approx.
  • 180 g Camembert(s) or Brie
  • 12 tsp onion jam, approx.
  • 6 tbsp salted butter for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 50 minutes

approx. 6 pieces for 2 – 3 people

Prepare the batter according to the basic recipe. Cut the cheese into thin slices and roughly tear the ham slices. Heat about 1 tablespoon of butter for each pancake in a large nonstick pan, pour in 1 ladleful of batter, and swirl to spread. Spread about 30-40g of cheese, about 2 slices of ham per serving, and 2 heaped teaspoons of onion jam over the batter, leaving a 2-3 finger-wide border around the edges. When the batter has set and is starting to brown and crisp on the back, fold the edges towards the center on all four sides and briefly press down with a spatula. *https://www.chefkoch.de/rezepte/3855401587122003/Teig-fuer-Galettes.html
