a quick, easy and filling surprise in the morning

Place the ingredients in a bowl and knead thoroughly. Form into 6 rolls and roll in the desired seeds or oat flakes. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with water. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for about 25 minutes. Note from Chefkoch.de: Linseed oil is considered a very high-quality vegetable oil because it is rich in omega-3 fatty acids. These fatty acids are destroyed when heated to high temperatures and are partially converted into harmful trans fatty acids. The linseed oil not only loses its flavor but also its health benefits.
