- 200 g rice, cooked
- 400 g rice flour
- Water
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Mix the cooked rice with the rice flour. Add enough water to form a firm, yet not runny, batter. Mix in the salt and oil. Let the batter rest for several hours. If it’s too dry, add more water. Bake in a waffle iron. The waffles will be crispy and delicious.
