Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 200 g nougat
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 300 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 150 g chocolate glaze, for decoration
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours
Makes approximately 50 pieces. Knead the softened butter with the nougat until well blended. Add the egg, vanilla sugar, and salt, and mix well. Sift the flour and baking powder and knead into the nougat mixture. Refrigerate. Shape the dough into sticks or croissants and bake at 175°C (350°F) for approximately 10-15 minutes. Dip the tips of the cooled nougat sticks into the chocolate coating.
