Savoury Muffins

The perfect savoury muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Red pointed peppers
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 120 g Corn
  • 150 g Grated cheese
  • 150 g Polenta semolina
  • 100 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 60 ml Oil
  • 300 g Natural yoghurt
  1. Clean and chop the bell peppers and spring onions.
  2. Mix the flour, polenta semolina and baking powder in a bowl, add oil and natural yoghurt and mix everything together well.
  3. Whisk the egg and add the cheese, paprika and spring onions to the batter and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Now put the mass in 2 silicone muffin molds or other greased molds and cook for about 25 minutes in the 180c. Bake in the preheated oven until golden – remove, let rest a little then remove from the molds and let cool down
  5. Add a cool beer and the world is fine – bon appetit; 🙂
  6. As a topping, I mixed some cream cheese with horseradish and sour cream.
