Savoury Muffins
The perfect savoury muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- Red pointed peppers
- 3 Spring onions
- 120 g Corn
- 150 g Grated cheese
- 150 g Polenta semolina
- 100 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 Egg
- 60 ml Oil
- 300 g Natural yoghurt
- Clean and chop the bell peppers and spring onions.
- Mix the flour, polenta semolina and baking powder in a bowl, add oil and natural yoghurt and mix everything together well.
- Whisk the egg and add the cheese, paprika and spring onions to the batter and season with salt and pepper.
- Now put the mass in 2 silicone muffin molds or other greased molds and cook for about 25 minutes in the 180c. Bake in the preheated oven until golden – remove, let rest a little then remove from the molds and let cool down
- Add a cool beer and the world is fine – bon appetit; 🙂
- As a topping, I mixed some cream cheese with horseradish and sour cream.
