Savoy cabbage and mushroom pan with smoked pork

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 small savoy cabbage
  • 300 g mushrooms, brown
  • 4 slices of smoked pork
  • ½ vegetable onion(s)
  • some herb butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the smoked pork into small pieces and place them in a pan. Fry for about 10 minutes until cooked through. Slice the onion into rings and add them to the hot pan. Meanwhile, finely chop the savoy cabbage, clean the mushrooms, and add them to the hot pan with the smoked pork. Finally, stir in a little herb butter to taste.
