Savoy cabbage casserole

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 6 savoy cabbage leaves
  • 6 slice(s) cheese, of your choice
  • 6 slices of mortadella
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 tsp, leveled pepper
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tsp flour
  • 300 ml water or milk
  • 200 g cheese for topping

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Divide the uncooked spaghetti into 6 roughly equal portions. Wash the savoy cabbage leaves. Roll each one up with a slice of cheese, a slice of sausage, and a portion of spaghetti and place in a square baking dish. Mix together the salt, pepper, egg, flour, and water or milk and pour over the savoy cabbage rolls. If the rolls aren’t completely covered, add more liquid and add more liquid. Finally, sprinkle the savoy cabbage rolls with cheese and place in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
