Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g potatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 200 g savoy cabbage, sliced
- 50 g mild sheep’s cheese
- 50 ml vegetable stock
- some pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
- some tomatoes, dried, possibly
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel and chop the potatoes. Roughly chop the onions, peel and finely chop the garlic. Sauté the onions in a pan with oil, then add the potatoes, fry well, deglaze with vegetable stock, and cover. Cook for about 10 minutes, then add the savoy cabbage, tomatoes, and garlic. Sauté for a few minutes, then stir in the crumbled feta cheese and season with pepper.
