simple and delicious

All ingredients should be at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 170°C (conventional). Grease a springform pan with butter. Crush the biscuits in a food processor, melt the butter, and mix everything together with 2 tablespoons of sugar and the cinnamon. Pour the biscuit-butter mixture into the pan, press down firmly with the back of a tablespoon, and prebake the base for about 10 minutes. Then remove from the oven. Mix the cream cheese and 200g sour cream with the sugar and vanilla extract. Add the eggs one at a time, then stir in the flour and milk. Pour the cheese mixture into the springform pan and bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour. Let cool in the oven. Spread the remaining sour cream over the cake and refrigerate for several hours.
