Savoy cabbage quiche

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 125 g butter, cold
  • 1 savoy cabbage
  • 200 g smoked pork
  • 200 ml cream
  • 25 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 4 eggs
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Quickly knead the flour, 1 egg, salt, and the cold butter into a dough. Roll out the dough and place it in a well-buttered quiche dish. Prick the dough with a fork. Wash the savoy cabbage, chop it finely, and blanch it in salted water. Let it cool briefly and spread it on the dough. Dice the smoked pork and fry briefly, then sprinkle it over the savoy cabbage. Mix the cream with the grated cheese, eggs, and seasoning and pour it over the quiche. Bake in a preheated oven on the lowest rack at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 45 minutes.
