Ingredients
- 8 piece Fresh organic eggs
- 2 Tomatoes
- 100 g Mushrooms fresh
- Freshly chopped chives
- Salt pepper
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 Fresh shallot
Instructions
- In a bowl, whip the eggs including the set and pepper loosely. Then fold in the chives. Remove the soft core of the tomatoes (not to be used, otherwise the scrambled eggs will become watery) and cut into small cubes, the mushrooms into small pieces, as well as the small shallot. Lightly roast the mushrooms with the shallot in the butter, then add the tomatoes, add the egg and let it set. Turn and chop every now and then (if you haven't already done so).
