Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 savoy cabbage
  • 500 g apples
  • 2 oranges
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice, or orange juice
  • 50 g walnuts, roughly chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut out the thick stems from the savoy cabbage leaves, wash the leaves thoroughly, drain, and cut into fine strips. If desired, you can also briefly blanch the savoy cabbage; this will reduce some of its bitterness. Wash the apples and oranges thoroughly and dice them. In a large bowl, combine the sour cream with lemon juice (or orange juice), salt, and pepper. Mix with the savoy cabbage strips and the apple and orange pieces. Garnish with the walnuts.
