Savoy Cabbage with Minced Meat
The perfect savoy cabbage with minced meat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Smaller Savoy cabbage
- 250 g Minced beef
- 100 g Ham cubes
- 1 Onion
- 1 Vegetable broth
- 1 tsp Caraway seeds
- 1 a cup Cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- Butter
- Remove the stalk from the savoy cabbage, cut into small pieces and cook in the vegetable stock with the caraway seeds, add the cream and set aside.
- 2nd tip: if you like the savoy cabbage very fine, you can roughly puree it with a hand blender
- Peel and dice the onions and fry them in the butter until translucent, add the diced ham and minced meat and stir-fry the minced meat until crumbly, season with salt and pepper and mix everything with the savoy cabbage.
- Serve the savoy cabbage with boiled potatoes.
