Scallops with garlic

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 12 scallops, fresh or frozen
  • 50 g butter
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 jar white wine
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Melt butter in a pan and add the mussels. Stir over low heat, taking care not to let the butter brown. Add the chopped garlic. Now add the chopped parsley and wine. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté the mussels over low heat for 20 minutes. Add the cream before serving. We’ll serve tagliatelle pasta as a side dish.
