Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 baguettes – rolls
- 8 king prawns
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch parsley, flat
- 80 g cheese (Cheddar)
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Cayenne pepper
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cut open the buns, scoop out the crumbs, and chop them. Cut the shrimp into pieces. Peel and press the garlic. Chop the parsley and grate the cheddar cheese. Briefly fry the shrimp in oil, season with lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and salt, and remove. Add the crumbs and garlic to the pan and fry. Mix with 40g of the cheddar cheese, parsley, and shrimp. Fill the buns with the mixture and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Place the buns under the preheated grill for 5-6 minutes.
