Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 pork schnitzels, breaded
- salt and pepper
- 50 g pork mince
- Cheese, grated
- 150 ml cream
- 4 mushrooms, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Season two small breaded schnitzels with salt and pepper, spread each schnitzel with 50g of pork mince, place on a baking tray, place sliced mushrooms on top and pour over cream, sprinkle with cheese, bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 45 minutes, add baguette
