Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g onion(s)
  • 150 g ham, cooked
  • 150 g ham, raw
  • 4 pork schnitzels
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 500 g mushrooms

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Halve and slice the onion. Slice the ham into strips and fry everything together, then remove from the pan. Slice the schnitzel into strips and fry. Season with salt and pepper. Season the sour cream and cream with salt and pepper. Grease a casserole dish and fill it in three layers: 1. Onion + ham 2. Meat 3. Onion + ham. Pour the cream and sour cream mixture over the top. Press the whole mushrooms into the casserole. Bake for 1 hour at 180°C. Serve with fresh baguette.
