Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 large turkey or pork schnitzels
- 2 cups of sweet cream
- 2 cans mushrooms, whole, drained
- 1 point cheese (slices)
- n. B. spice mix (Chinese spice)
- e.g. tomato ketchup
- e.g. breadcrumbs

Schnitzel pan – quick, tasty, easy
Brown the schnitzels in a hot pan and then place them in a casserole dish or roasting pan with the drained mushrooms. Whip the cream and season with tomato ketchup and Chinese spice. Place the cheese slices on the schnitzels and drizzle with the cream sauce, then sprinkle with breadcrumbs if desired. Cook everything in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. Serve with spaetzle, rice, potatoes, baguette, and salad.
