Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g schnitzel (ham schnitzel)
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 tsp, levelled pepper, black
  • 2 tsp paprika powder, hot
  • 150 g Edam cheese (sliced)
  • 200 g pineapple, from the can

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash the meat and pat dry. Mix the salt, pepper, and paprika powder and rub the schnitzel with it on both sides. Drain the pineapple. Cut the cheese into wide strips. Grill the meat on the hot grill for about 15 minutes. Turn it over halfway through and arrange the pineapple pieces on top. Place the cheese strips on top, ensuring they don’t overlap at the edges. The cheese should melt on top.
