Schnitzel in onion cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 turkey schnitzels
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 vegetable onion(s), in small cubes
  • 1 tbsp vegetable broth, instant
  • 2 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 tbsp cream or sour cream
  • some sweetener
  • some Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

easy, little effort

Grease a baking dish. Season the schnitzels with salt and pepper and place them side by side in the dish. Prepare the custard by mixing diced onions, stock powder, quark, and crème fraîche. Stir together and season with a little sweetener and Worcestershire sauce, adding a little water if desired. Spread over the schnitzels. Bake in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 50 minutes. Serve with Kapü and fried brown mushrooms as vegetables.
