Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 chicken breast fillets, 400 g
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- ½ lemon(s), juice and thinly peeled rind
- ½ bunch parsley
- 2 slices of white bread
- 1 tbsp capers
- salt and pepper
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the chicken breast fillets into very thin slices, flatten them, and place them side by side in an ovenproof dish. Season with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 250°C (480°F). Finely chop the garlic clove, lemon zest, and parsley and scatter them over the meat. Remove the crust from the white bread, chop it finely, and sprinkle it over the meat. Scatter the capers over the top and drizzle with oil and lemon juice. Bake for 15 minutes.
