Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 pork schnitzels
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Pound the schnitzel and season with a little salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix the flour, egg, oil, milk, water, and remaining salt into a batter. Dip the schnitzel in the batter and fry in oil until golden brown. Serve with potato salad. Enjoy! Enjoy!
