- 2 Romaine lettuce hearts
- 400 g Boneless chop
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Sweet paprika
- 8 Grissini
- 8 Discs Prosciutto or other air-dried ham
- 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
- Toothpick wood
- Remove 8 large leaves from the lettuce hearts, wash them and cut out the central rib. Dry well with paper towels. Wash and dry the meat and cut 16 very thin slices with a sharp knife. Plate with the back of a knife and season.
- First wrap the crackini with the ham slice, then place the lettuce leaf around it and wrap two slices of meat around each. Secure these with toothpicks. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the skewers over high heat. Serve as quickly as possible so that the grissini don’t soften.
