Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 pork schnitzels
  • 1 can peas and carrots
  • 1 can/n mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 can/n asparagus (asparagus trimmings or asparagus heads)
  • 2 cups of cream
  • Paprika powder
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • possibly curry paste, for the spiciness

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

Season the schnitzels with salt and pepper and place them in a greased baking dish. Mix the vegetables and pour over the schnitzels. Season the cream with salt, pepper, and paprika (or curry paste if desired) and pour over the schnitzels and vegetables. Cover with foil first, then remove it after 3/4 of the cooking time. Serve with potatoes or baguette. Roast in the oven for approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.
