Schnitzel pan, quite simple

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of schnitzel meat
  • 400 ml sweet cream
  • 2 bags of soup (instant onion soup)
  • 1 small can of tomato paste

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Shred the meat as desired or leave it whole and fry it in a pan with a little olive oil. Mix the cream, onion soup mix, and tomato paste in a bowl. Now add the sauce to the meat in the pan and heat until hot. The schnitzel is ready. It goes best with pasta or rice. It can also be prepared with poultry, of course. Especially quick and tasty when you have guests: Place the raw meat in a baking dish the day before and pour the sauce over it. The next day, bake it in the oven (225°C) for 45 minutes, and it’s done. Tastes just as delicious without the tomato paste.
