Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slices of white bread
- 4 pork schnitzels, thin
- Salt
- pepper
- 12 stalk(s) asparagus
- 4 slices of cheese (Gouda)
- Parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the asparagus as usual. Season the schnitzel and fry it in a pan. Toast white bread, top with the schnitzel, asparagus, and cheese. Bake in the oven. Sprinkle with parsley.
