Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 tbsp oil
- 4 pork schnitzels
- Salt
- pepper
- 8 slices of pineapple
- 4 slice(s) bread(s) (rye bread)
- 40 g butter
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 slices of cheese (Gouda)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Heat oil in a pan and fry the meat over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and top with pineapple and cheese. Bake in a preheated oven (electric oven: 200°C/fan oven: 175°C/gas mark 3) for 6-8 minutes. Brush each slice of bread with 10g of butter and top with a lettuce leaf. Place the schnitzel on top and sprinkle with pepper. Serve on four plates.
