Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 75 g sour cream
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 60 g spread (Antipasta Cream Paprika)
  • 8 slice(s) farmer’s bread or, if you like, something else of your choice

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, cut the chicken into 1-1.5 cm thick strips. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the meat until golden brown. Season well with salt, pepper, and paprika. Halve the avocado, remove the stone, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Slice the flesh. Wash the cucumber and slice it as well. Mix together the vinegar, mustard, sour cream, and honey, and season with salt and pepper. Mix the dressing with the avocado and cucumber. Mix the meat with the antipasta cream. Toast the bread or fry it in a grill pan until crispy. Spread the avocado and cucumber salad on four slices of bread, place the meat on top, and cover with the other slice of bread. Halve the double-decker sandwiches and serve.
