Instructions
- Cut the spring onion into rings and chop the garlic. Preheat the oven to 200 °.
- Whisk the egg, add the cheese, garlic, thyme and the spring onion rings. Mix the whole thing well and season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle the bread slices with a little olive oil. Put the egg mixture on the bread slices, pass the pepper strips over immediately and bake at 200 ° for about 15 minutes. After baking, sprinkle with a little paprika powder.
