Ingredients
 

Mixed salad

  • 1 Egg
  • 3 heaped tablespoons Goulda rubbed
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme leaves
  • Paprika strips
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

  • 1 half Red peppers
  • 4 Cherry tomatoes on the vine
  • 1 piece Cucumber
  • 1 Spring onion stick
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 0,5 Balsamic fig
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the spring onion into rings and chop the garlic. Preheat the oven to 200 °.
  • Whisk the egg, add the cheese, garlic, thyme and the spring onion rings. Mix the whole thing well and season with salt and pepper.
  • Drizzle the bread slices with a little olive oil. Put the egg mixture on the bread slices, pass the pepper strips over immediately and bake at 200 ° for about 15 minutes. After baking, sprinkle with a little paprika powder.

Mixed salad

  • Wash the vegetables and spring onions.
  • Cut the spring onion into rings and dice the cucumber and bell pepper. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
  • Mix these ingredients with the parsley, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
