Ingredients for 15 servings:
- 500 g butter (sweet cream butter)
- 1 bunch of chives
- ½ bunch flat-leaf parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Place the butter in a mixing bowl and let it soften at room temperature. Finely dice the chives, chop the parsley very finely, and add to the butter. Crush the garlic cloves. Add a heaped teaspoon of salt (or to taste) and mix everything with a mixer. Done! Transfer the herb butter to various bowls and remove it from the refrigerator in time for serving so it’s spreadable.
