Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 125 g crème fraîche, herbs (30%)
- 2 tbsp yogurt (1.5%)
- 1 tbsp quark (low fat)
- ½ bunch chives, in rolls
Instructions

Mix everything together well, and you’re done! I didn’t use any other spices, but it’s still delicious. However, you should use the best quality. This combination was made from leftovers in the fridge and makes a delicious side dish for boiled potatoes. It’s also recommended as a spread for those trying to lose weight.
