  • 500 g Potato noodles
  • 2 slices Meat loaf
  • 2 Onions
  • 10 Mushrooms
  • 10 Flour
  • 10 Water
  • 10 Salt, pepper, parsley
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 100 g Grated cheese

Instructions
 

  • First you put some fat in the pan and fry the potato noodles in a nice brown color. These can then be put in a baking dish.
  • In the next step, cut the onions into thin rings and sauté them. Then add the meat loaf cut into cubes and finally the mushrooms cut into slightly thicker slices. Everything is fried until crispy and poured over the potato noodles in the baking dish.
  • Finally make a roux with oil and a little flour, add water, cream, salt and pepper and bring the whole thing to a boil. Now season with parsley or depending on your taste and place in the baking dish. Now sprinkle with some cheese and put in the oven at about 180 ° for about 20 minutes.
