Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g potato dumplings
  • 2 apples
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 2 tbsp, heaped sugar
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • 25 g butter
  • 200 ml orange juice
  • 1 can of Red Bull

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel the apples and carrots. Cut the apples into small pieces and grate the carrots. Peel the banana and mash it with a fork. Squeeze the lemon until the juice runs out. Fry the potato dumplings in butter in a pan until golden brown and set aside. Heat half of the Red Bull in the pan, add the apples and sugar. Cook until soft, stirring constantly. Stir in the grated carrots and banana. Stir in the orange juice, a little lemon juice, and the remaining Red Bull until creamy. Season to taste with sugar and lemon juice, stir in the potato dumplings, and serve.
