Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g turkey strips
  • 500 g potato dumplings
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 200 g sour cream
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp sauce thickener

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

In a bowl, toss the turkey strips with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan. Brown the meat, then add the potato dumplings and cook over low heat until browned. Add the heavy cream, crème fraîche, and sour cream, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and season with paprika, pepper, and salt. Add sauce thickener, if desired, and simmer for another two minutes.
