Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 375 g butter, soft
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 500 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • some butter, melted
  • some sugar
  • vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cream together butter, sour cream, salt, and sugar until fluffy. Stir in the flour and baking powder. Roll out the dough and cut out round cookies. Cut a hole in the center as well. Brush the circles with melted butter and dip the coated side in the sugar and vanilla sugar mixture. Bake at 200°C until golden brown.
