Ingredients for 20 servings:
- 1 kg tomatoes
- 1 kg goulash, beef
- 1 kg goulash, pork
- 3 bell peppers (red, green & yellow)
- 3 cans of mushrooms
- 1 kg Mett, Thuringian
- 1 kg onion(s)
- 1 kg smoked belly
- 3 bottles of sauce (shashlik sauce)
- 3 cups of sweet cream
- 2 cups of crème fraîche (herbs)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Ideal when it comes to feeding many people
Chop the ingredients, if necessary, and layer them in a pot in the order listed. Mix the shish kebab sauce, cream, and crème fraîche together and pour over the layered goulash. Cooking time: 2.5-3 hours at 200°C (400°F) in the oven.
