Ingredients for 20 servings:

  • 1 kg tomatoes
  • 1 kg goulash, beef
  • 1 kg goulash, pork
  • 3 bell peppers (red, green & yellow)
  • 3 cans of mushrooms
  • 1 kg Mett, Thuringian
  • 1 kg onion(s)
  • 1 kg smoked belly
  • 3 bottles of sauce (shashlik sauce)
  • 3 cups of sweet cream
  • 2 cups of crème fraîche (herbs)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Ideal when it comes to feeding many people

Chop the ingredients, if necessary, and layer them in a pot in the order listed. Mix the shish kebab sauce, cream, and crème fraîche together and pour over the layered goulash. Cooking time: 2.5-3 hours at 200°C (400°F) in the oven.
