Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter or margarine
  • 200 g brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 375 g flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with brown sugar, deliciously caramelized, super easy, my absolute favorite cookies – makes about 80 cookies.

Using the softened butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and flour, first knead the dough using the dough hook on a hand mixer, then by hand. Form the dough into rolls (approx. 2 cm) and chill for a while. Cut the rolls into approximately 5 mm thick slices and place them on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for approx. 10-12 minutes at 200°C. A brilliant recipe for anyone who likes super simple, quick, and, above all, delicious (and not just during Advent)!
