  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

warm or cold a hit

Place the feta cheese in a plastic container and season with salt, pepper, basil, and oregano (you can use plenty). Then place the bay leaves on top and fill the container with olive oil until the cheese is 3/4 covered. It’s best to refrigerate the cheese for a few hours so it can infuse. It goes very well with grilled food! You can also make the feta cheese in aluminum foil as described above and heat it in the oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes. This makes a delicious appetizer that tastes great with white bread!
