Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter of tea (peppermint, herbal, lemon balm, etc.)
  • 1 liter of juice, red fruit juice (currant, sour cherry, etc.)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

refreshing, non-alcoholic summer drink

Brew the tea and let it cool, then combine the tea and juice and chill. Well chilled, this “Scottish Lemonade” tastes great as a refreshing summer treat. I prefer using fresh peppermint for this tea.
