Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 eggs, hard-boiled
- 100 g lamb’s lettuce
- 2 tbsp herbs, frozen
- 100 g natural yogurt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 slice(s) bacon, breakfast bacon
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Slice the eggs. Wash the lamb’s lettuce. Mix the yogurt with the herbs, lemon juice, salt, pepper, honey, and oil. Fry the bacon until crispy. Arrange the eggs fan-shaped on plates and place the lettuce in the middle. Drizzle everything with the dressing and top with the bacon slices and pine nuts.
