Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 4 dates
- 1 banana(s)
- 40 g feta cheese
- 15 g butter
- 10 leaves of coriander
- ½ chili pepper(s), dried
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
vegetarian, with banana, dates and feta
Add the butter to the pan and fry the sliced banana until golden brown. Add the eggs, dates, chili pepper, and feta cheese (the chili pepper is optional). Sprinkle the coriander leaves over the scrambled eggs and serve.
