Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- 50 ml milk
- 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- Margarine for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whisk the eggs with the milk and chives, season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into a greased, ovenproof dish and let it set in a preheated oven at 150°C (convection oven) for about five minutes. Stir the egg mixture from the edges toward the center and let it set for another five minutes. Repeat this process once more, so the eggs have cooked in a total of 15 minutes. We find this method very practical, as we can also bake rolls in the oven at the same time and prepare the rest of our breakfast.
