Lace-up eggs

Heat the oil or butter in a pan. While the pan is heating, dice the salami slices and add them to the hot oil or butter. Season the salami with a pinch of salt and fry. Now crack the two eggs and add them. Important: do not stir them beforehand. Quickly stir the egg in the pan until it forms small crumbs. Season with the rest of the salt and pepper. Chop the herbs and add them to the pan with the caraway seeds. Fry until golden brown and set. The scrambled eggs are traditionally eaten on bread.
