Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 egg whites
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • n. B. Clarified butter
  • n. B. sugar
  • e.g. cinnamon
  • n. B. Fruit of your choice

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar until frothy. Then add the milk and flour. Pour the egg whites onto the egg yolk mixture and carefully fold in with a whisk. Melt the clarified butter in a pan and do not allow it to get too hot. Divide the batter by eye—there will be enough for two pancakes. Cook each pancake or pancake over low heat until golden brown on both sides. Sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon or serve with fruit of your choice. Tip: For kids, cut the pancake into small pieces and stick colorful skewers into them.
