Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 eggs
- Milk, a large shot
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
2 to 3 eggs per person. Separate the egg whites from the yolks and place them in two bowls. Add a generous splash of milk to the egg whites and whisk. Whisk the egg yolks. Season both with salt and pepper to taste. Heat fat in a pan. Pour the egg white and milk mixture into the warm pan and heat on heat setting 5-6 until thickened. Now add/fold in the egg yolks and mix together. Once everything is nice and fluffy, divide the scrambled eggs into equal portions. Garnish with parsley, chives, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, etc. and serve. Enjoy!
