  • 4 eggs
  • 150 ml cream
  • 1 pinch(s) of saffron
  • 25 g butter
  • ½ tsp cumin, ground
  • 1 tsp harissa
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 slices of toast
  • salt and pepper

Interesting scrambled egg variation

In a bowl, combine the eggs with cream, saffron, salt, and pepper. Melt the butter in a pan and add the cumin, harissa, and ground coriander. Toast gently for 1 minute. Add the eggs and stir until just set. Serve the scrambled eggs on toasted bread.
