Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g chanterelles, cleaned and sliced
- 2 slice(s) bacon, diced
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 3 eggs
- Salt
- some butter
- Chives, cut into rolls
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Add the chanterelles and butter to a heated pan and fry. Then add the onions and bacon, and after a while, add the eggs. Serve on plates and sprinkle with chives. Serve with a bread roll.
